为先进制造业培养高技能人才,是高职教育的重要使命之一。这就必须从两个方面去努力:一是要解放思想、拓展视野,不断探寻并创建产学研紧密结合、政府推动和社会支持有效联动的新机制与新模式;二是将现代制造业的生力军——农民工的培训置于重要位置。
