西门塔尔种用牛的体细胞染色体检查分析

Chromosome Check and Analysis of Somatic Cell for Simmental Sire

对１９头西门塔尔牛体细胞染色体的畸变类型和频率进行了统计分析．结果表明，所检测牛群多倍体频率为１．６１％．多倍体类型主要为四倍体．染色体结构变异频率为２．６９％．变异类型有染色单体断裂、断片、染色体间隙、Ｘ染色体裂隙等几种类型．同时，测量了各号染色体的相对长度、着丝点指数及臂比．

The types and frequencies of chromosome aberration of somatic cells for 19 simmental cattle were stutistically analysed.The result shows that the occurance rate of poly ploid cells in simmental cattle population is 1.61%.The tetrapliedtype is the important one.The frequency of the structure abtration,such as chromose break、fragment、delation and chromoso mespatium.The karyotype is also disscussed in this study,which provides a basis of con genetic science for the greading of the simmental cattle.
