社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性,是国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的重要保证。从本体论、认识论、价值论三个方面来看,“以人为本”都是构建和谐社会的核心理念。因此,构建社会主义和谐社会必须坚持以人为本。

Social harmony is the property of nature of socialism with Chinese characteristics as well as an important guarantee for national prosperity and strength, national rejuvenation and happiness of the people. Viewed from ontology, epistemology and axiology, ＂taking people as the foremost＂ is the core idea in constructing a harmonious society. Therefore, it must be stuck to in constructing socialist harmonious society.
