满铁是日本帝国主义在中国推行侵略扩张政策的重要工具,抚顺的煤铁资源在满铁的经营中占有重要地位。从“九一八”事变到伪满洲国崩溃前夕,日本帝国主义疯狂掠夺抚顺煤矿资源,不断加剧对中国工人的统治、剥削和压榨,致使其生活状况日趋恶化。

Southern Manchu Railway Corporation was an important tool of the Japanese imperialist to carry out its invasion and expansion in China. The coal and steel resources of Fushun occupied an important postition in the management of Southern Manchu Railway Corporation. From the ＂9 · 18＂ Incident to the eve of the collapse of Manchukuo,the Japanese imperialist plundered unbridledly Fushun＇s coal resource,which aggravated its rule and exploitation of Chinese workers and led to the worsening of their living conditions with each passing day.
