我国农村就业转移的困境及出路

Difficulties in rural employment transfer in China and ways out

当今,我国工业化和城市化在快速推进,农村就业转移却呈缓慢趋势,究其原因,有城镇对农村劳动力的吸纳能力不足、劳动密集型产业发展不够、农村劳动力流动带有自发性和无序性、农村劳动力素质普遍较低、农村工业发展缓慢、整个就业形势严峻等因素,也与农村兼业劳动和经营群体扩大、农村劳动力就业比较收益发生变化密切相关。为此,需采取相应的对策,促进农村劳动力的就业转移。

At the present,industrialization and urbanization develop rapidly in China. But rural employment transfer is slow. The reasons for it are cities and towns＇ being unable to employ more rural labour, the insufficient development of labour-intensive industries,the spontaneous and disorderly characteristics of rural labour flow, the overall low quality of rural labour,the slow development of rural industry and the severe employment condition, etc.. Therefore,measures should be taken to promote the employment transfer of rural labour.
