鸡大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌混合感染的分离鉴定及药敏试验研究

Research of separation and identification and drugsensitive test of mixed infection about escherichia coli and salmonella from poultry

无菌采取某鸡场送检的病死鸡的心血、肝、肾,进行病原菌的分离、鉴定、生化试验和药敏试验。结果显示引起该鸡场鸡只发病的病原除大肠杆菌外,还伴有沙门氏菌。药敏试验结果显示,此次分离的大肠杆菌对庆大霉素、氟哌酸、氯霉素高度敏感,对复方磺胺、链霉素、环丙沙星中度敏感,对阿莫西林、利福平、卡那霉素不敏感。此次分离的沙门氏菌对氯霉素、阿莫西林、卡那霉素高度敏感,对庆大霉素、复方磺胺、氟哌酸、环丙沙星中度敏感,对利福平、链霉素不敏感。

Escherichia eoli and salmonella were isolated from blood of heart and liver and kidney of ill and dead poultry in aseptic method. The result of biochemical and drugsensitive test show the isolated escherichia eoli is high sensitive to gentamicin and fluperscid and chloramphenicol. The isolated escherichia coli is medium sensitive to sulfadiazine sodium and ciprofloxacin and streptomycin. The isolated escherichia coli is drug resistance to amoxicillin and rifampin and kanamycin. The isolated salmonella is high sensitive to chloramphenicol and amoxicillin and kanamycin. The isolated salmonella is medium sensitive to gentamicin and sulfadiazine sodium and fluperacid and eiprofloxacin. The isolated salmonella is drug resistance to rifampin and streptomycin.
