摘要
改进了N-(4-异硫氰基丁基)-N-乙基异鲁米诺的合成路线,设计了制备N-甲基-4-硝基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的新方法,对某些制备反应的条件进行了优化。
The synthesis route for ITCBEI is improved, and a new synthetic method for N-methyl-4-nitrophthalimide is designed. Reaction conditions for some intermediates are investigated. As a result, some intermediates yieleds and total yieleds for ITCBEI are raised.
