模拟使用着色口腔正畸弓丝和托槽后唾液中总铬的含量分析

摘要 目的:研究石墨炉原子吸收法检测模拟使用已着色的口腔正畸托槽及弓丝后唾液中总铬的含量的方法。方法:样品经湿法消化后上机测定,采用0.5%HNO,为基体改进剂,干燥温度为120℃,灰化温度为800℃,原子化温度为2500℃。结果:样品检出限为0.1μg/L,线性范围为0.5-8.0μg/L,加标回收率为91%-103%。结论:该方法不仅重现性良好,而且快速、准确、简便,可成功地用于唾液中铬的测定。 Objective:To investigate the content of chromium (Cr) in artificial saliva after dipping dyed orthodontic brackets and wire by GFAAS. Methods:The samples were mensured after being digested with wet method. The matrix modifier was 0. 5% HNO3. The temperature of dryness was 120℃ and the temperature of cineration was 800℃. The temperature of atomization was 2 500℃. Results:The linear range was 0.5 -8.0 μg/L. The detected limit was 0. 1 μg/L. The recoveries of chromium were between 91% and 103%. Conclusion:The proposed method has good performance. It is fast, accurate and convenient, and can be successfully applied for identification of the content of chromium (Cr) in saliva.
