犬正常前列腺导管系统铸型标本的制作

The fabrication of casting sample of normal male canine prostatic duct and acinus system

目的研究犬正常前列腺导管系统的三维结构,为解剖学提供直观的立体模具。方法通过制造前列腺部尿道高压,并向其中灌注铸型填充剂,让填充剂返流入导管,干燥定型后用40%盐酸腐蚀,获得犬前列腺导管铸型标本。用扫描电镜(SEM)观察铸型导管。结果导管铸型标本能直观地显示前列腺导管的立体形态,每一导管主支反复分支,Y型占90%以上,最多6分支型,导管末端呈囊状。外周腺腺泡呈椭圆型,表面较光滑。中央腺腺泡表面粗糙,呈网孔状和火山口样凹陷。结论铸型法及SEM为研究前列腺导管系统的三维结构创造了条件。

Objective To investigate the three-dimensional structure of normal male canine prostatic duct and acinus system and offer intuitionistic steric mold for anatomy. Methods Making high pressure of urethra in prostate and injecting it with casting resin, to induce intraprostatic resin solution reflux. When its shape was fixed and dried, casting prostate was corroded with 40 percent of hydrochloric acid. Finally, by washing in water, the casting mold was made and observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy（SEM）. Results The three-dimensional structure of normal male canine prostatic duct and acinus system was clearly revealed. Every glandular duct system was made up by many bifurcated branches of the bough as a duct tree. 90% of the bifurcation was Y shape, rarely with 6 bifurcated branches. The tip of duct was vesicle. Peripheral glandular acinus showed elliptic and velvet. The mesh-like and crater-like depression were shown on the surface of central glandular acinus. Conclusion The resin corrosion casting methods combined with SEM create favorable conditions for studying the three-dimensional structure of prostatic duct and acinus system.
