前列腺组织双氢睾酮结合容量与年龄的关系及意义 被引量:1

The relationship between Dihydrotestosterone-binding capacity of prostate and age

摘要 目的研究前列腺组织双氢睾酮(DHT)结合容量与年龄变化的关系和在前列腺增生病因中的作用。方法22例前列腺增生组织、11例同年龄段对照前列腺组织、20例相对年轻的正常前列腺组织,制备组织胞浆、胞核提取液,以3H-DHT测定结合容量。结果前列腺增生组和同年龄段对照组胞浆双氢睾酮结合容量分别为(0.0128±0.0020)nmol/g湿组织、(0.0125±0.0018)nmol/g湿组织,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均高于相对年轻的正常组的(0.0103±0.0015)nmol/g湿组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论随年龄增长前列腺组织胞浆的双氢睾酮结合能力显著增加,有利于提高双氢睾酮含量并影响前列腺组织增生。 Objectives To study the relationship between the DHT-binding capacity of prostate and changing age and to study the effect of capacity on the prostatic hyperplasia. Methods To obtain cytosolic and nuclear fractions from 22 Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) tissues, 11 prostate tissues of the same age for control, and 22 normal tissues, and then the content of the bound ^3H-DHT was assayed. Results The DHT-binding capacities of the cytosolic fractions in prostate in BPH group and control group are (0.0128±0,0020)nmol/g wet tissue and (0.0125±0.0018)nmol/g wet tissue, difference of the two capacities being not significant (P〉0,05). The capacities of the BPH group and control group are both higher than that of the normal group (P〈0.01), the latter being (0.0103±0.0015)nmol/g wet tissue. Conclusion The DHT-binding capacity of the cytosolic fractions in prostate significantly increases with aging and promotes the DHT content and facilitates the effect of the DHT on BPH.
