摘要
对用活性污泥法处理印染废水中的微生物区系进行分离与鉴定,细菌与原生动物占优势.分离的270余株细菌大多数是具有芽孢、荚膜的革兰氏阳性杆菌.实验表明,分离的细菌对所用的分散染料的降解能力比活性染料强.凝结芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌对两类染料都具有较强的降解活性;浸麻芽孢杆菌。
Microbial populations in an active sludge processing for the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater were isolated and determined. Most of the isolated 270 strains are gram′s positive bacilius possessing apores and cappules. It was shown experimentally that the bioactivity of the isolated strains for the degradation of diffuse dye was higher than that for active dye. Bac coagulans and Bac subtilis possessed higher degradation activity for both dyes. while Bac firmus and Bac macerans showed higher activity only for the diffuse dye.
