我国化妆品卫生安全问题及对策探讨

Hygienic safety of Chinese cosmetics and management strategy

目的：探讨国家化妆品卫生标准的可行性与当前化妆品监督管理的有效途径，更好的保护人群健康。方法：研究我国化妆品卫生安全相关法规，收集卫生监督及质量检测结果并对比分析。结果：发现化妆品卫生检验标准与卫生法规要求的差距大、覆盖率低（0％～62％），检验结果完全符合标准要求的化妆品，仍不能完全排除其安全隐患。结论：建议提高化妆品卫生法规的可操作性，缩小卫生监督及检验项目与卫生法规要求之间的差距，扩大卫生监督及卫生检验的覆盖率，提高化妆品的安全性。

Objective： To explore the feasibility of the hygienic standards and the effective way of the supervisal about the cosmetic, and safeguard people＇s health. Methods：By studying the hygienic statute of the cosmetic safety in china, collecting the data of hygienic supervision and quality test, and the contrast and analysis were used in this study. Results：It should be concluded that there is great disparity between the hygienic test standards and the hygienic statute, and the covering rate is low （0% - 62% ）. Even though the test results of some cosmetics show good accordance with hygienic standards still exist the hidden troubles. Conclusion： Therefore, it suggests to enhance the feasibility of the hygienic statute about cosmetics, reduce the disparity between the hygienic supervision, test and hygienic statute, enlarge the covering rate of surveillance and hygienic test to improve the safety of the cosmetics.
