摘要
根据受噪声作用的有限化学反应系统的随机热力学理论,以存在膜平衡交联的简单反应模型为例,建立了交联体系的有效主方程及有效随机熵平衡方程,进而阐释了这类体系中有效熵产生的统计内涵,初步揭示出内涨落和来自化学反应交联的外噪声的随机热力学效应.并通过对宏观扰动的随机模拟。
By means of the stochastic thermodynamic formalism of finite chemical reaction systems under the influence of external noise,the effective master equation and the effective stochastic entropy balance equation are set up for a simple coupled chemical reaction system with membrane equilibrium.The statistical content of corresponding effective stochastic entropy production is then analyzed,and the stochastic thermodynamic effects of internal fluctuation and external noise due to chemical reaction coupling are revealed for such a simple model.According to the stochasitc simulation of macroscopic perturbation,the influence of chemical reaction coupling is shown on the stability behaviors of the reaction systems at nonequilibrium steady states.
