摘要
本文在对北京城市基础设施投资的结构、特点、与国民经济的比例关系、对经济增长的贡献进行分析、对“十一五”期间城市基础设施建设投资额度进行预测的基础上,提出了北京在“十一五”期间城市基础设施建设投资的对策建议。
The paper analyzes the structure and characteristic of Beijing＇s urban infrastructure, the relationship between the urban infrastructure and the national economy, the contribution to economic growth, and then draws the main policy-oriented suggestions on the Beijing＇s urban infrastructure investment during the Eleventh Five-year Plan Period.
