论科学发展观的学理内涵与人文意蕴

On the Theoretical Content and Humanistic Inference of Scientific Concept of Development

科学发展观之所以成为当代中国引领经济社会发展的指导思想,是因为其不但有着非同寻常的政治与文化意义,而且还具有深刻的学理内涵和人文意蕴。本文通过对科学发展观理论的深入研究,从学理的角度阐发了科学发展、以人为本、人与自然和谐等概念,提出人类社会的发展进步应该在一般历史观的关照下,以目的理性(价值理性)来约束、引导工具理性(科技理性)的发展,调整人类的需求结构体系,反省人与自然之间的关系,建立以和谐为主导的科学发展观,从而引导人类社会走向更加和谐地存在、发展与繁荣。

The scientific concept of development boasts of profound theoretical content and humanistic inference in addition to its extraordinary political and cultural significance. That's why it has been the guiding ideology of the economic and social development in contemporary China. This paper probes into the scientific concept of development, and makes theoretical interpretation of concepts such as scientific development, people oriented, and harmony between human and nature. The paper argues that the development and progress of human society should be guided by general historical perspective, and purposive rationality (value rationality) should be used to constrain and guide the development of tool's rationality (scientific rationality). Also we should readjust the pattern of demand of human society, reflect human's relationship with nature, and build scientific concept of development with harmony as its leading role, therefore to guide human society towards more harmonious existence, development and prosperity.
