In the new era of reform and opening- up, Deng Xiaoping made a complete, systematic and profound discussion on keeping and promoting the advanced nature of CPC from aspects of sticking to ideal and belief; keeping diligent learning and industrious working; sticking to the fundamental purpose of the Party; giving full play of the pioneer and model role of the Party members; observing the Party principle and maintaining the solidarity and unity of the Party; and always bearing in mind the 'Two Musts'.
