创造学的发展及对管理学研究的意义

Significance of the Development of Creativity Theories to Studies of Management Theories

摘要 管理学理论经过约100年的发展,虽已进入繁荣阶段,但仍未成熟,因此,它仍需要继续从相关学科中汲取营养以发展自己。随着创造学的诞生、完善和发展,特别是鉴于创造学具有的独特视角、创造学和管理学之间的密切的内在联系,这就又为管理学的研究提供了一条可以借鉴的新途径。创造学能够为管理学的研究提供新的洞见和支持,主要体现为两个方面:一是方法论上的支持,二是可以为技术创新管理、人力资源管理和全面管理创新提供理论基础和启示。 Theories of management have stepped into a flourishing stage after about a hundred year's development, but not matured yet. Hence, they still need to draw on nutrition from realms of interrelated disciplines for further development of their own. As theories of creativity came into existence, are being improved and advanced, especially when considered for their unique viewpoints and their intimate relationship with management theories, the study of management theories may well take them as a new source for references, as the latter can provide insights and supports, which are embodied mainly in two fields: support of methodologies, and provision of theoretical basis and inspirations for technological innovation management, human resource management and comprehensive management innovation.
