摘要
通过对国内外相关研究文献的回顾,介绍了工作分析的定义、内涵、作用和性质。对护理人员工作分析的成绩(如科学性、实用性)做了探讨,对研究中存在的问题(如缺乏系统性、方法单一和研究过程有待正规化等)及原因(如不了解、不重视等)做了分析,并指出将来的工作分析应在系统性、正规化、方法多样性、连续性、专业性上更进一步。
Through reviewing related research literatures both in abroad and at home, this article introduced the definition, connotation, effect, and property of job analysis. It probed into the achievement (science and practicability) on job analysis of nursing staffs. It analyzed problems existed in the research and its causes. It pointed out that job analysis should go a step further in the future from the aspects of systematicness, stan- dardization, versatility and continuousness of the method, and specialty.
