观念重构:教师实施新课程的必然取向

摘要 教师的教学观念指导教师的教学行为,是影响教师实施新课程的关键因素。在全面推进新课程改革的时期,笔者试图重新以新课程改革的理念为基础,进一步反思、理清、重构新型的教师教学观来指导实践。
