小井眼修井工艺技术应用研究

Application and Study on Slim Hole Workover Technique

目前侧钻小井眼井油层套管内径小(76 mm),相应的修井工艺技术及井下工具极其贫乏。针对小井眼侧钻井的特点,自主开发研制或引进了配套的井下工具,通过现场试验与研究,解决了一系列技术难点,形成一套实用有效的侧钻小井眼修井工艺技术。该工艺技术经多次现场应用,取得了令人满意的效果。

At present,the inside diameter of casing for side-tracked slim hole is small(Φ76mm),but it lacks the appropriate workover technique and the matched downhole tools.Based on features of side-tracked slim hole,the matched downhole tools have been researched and developed independently or introduced.Through the field test,application and research,a set of practical and effective workover techniques for the side-tracked slim hole have been formed,which solved a series of technical problems in the workover technique for the side-tracked slim hole.The technique has achieved satisfied results in many field applications.
