摘要 对攀钢炼铁厂1、2号高炉进出物料进行了系统取样,测定了样品的w(Zn),结合高炉生产数据对1、2号高炉做了锌平衡计算。结果表明:在高炉冶炼稳定的条件下,进出高炉的锌总量基本平衡;瓦斯泥未经处理直接配入烧结是造成入炉原料锌负荷高的主要原因;高炉内的锌主要由煤气中的粉尘带出,而通过渣铁带出的锌量可以忽略。 Based on systematic sampling and chemical analysis, zink balance is calculated for Pansteel's No. 1 BF and No. 2 BF. The results show that the total zinc amount entering into the blast furnaces is nearly balanced with the overflowing amount of zink in stable operation conditions; the higher zinc amount is caused due to adding sludge that is not dezinced before mixed with sintering charge; zinc removal from the blast furnaces is mainly by the dust of top gas and the zinc removal amount by slag and hot metal can be negligible.
