Analysis on improving desulphurization of hot metal by reaction with slag

研究了渣-铁反应脱硫时,硫在渣-铁间的分配比、渣-铁反应脱硫效率及其影响因素、造成回硫的原因等,在此基础上,探讨了提高硫在渣-铁间分配比和脱硫效率的条件,提出了防止回硫的措施。

This paper studies the related problems of desulphurization of hot metal by reaction with slag, the distribution ratio of sulphur between slag and metal （Ls）, the desulphurization rate and its influencing factors, the resulphuring reasons and so on. In addition, the conditions to improve Ls and desulphurization efficiency and measures to avoid resulphurization are put forward.
