摘要 由光学金相和定量金相分析了CSP工艺和常规热轧工艺生产的Q345B的带状组织、铁素体晶粒尺寸及面积百分比等微观组织特征,研究表明CSP工艺生产的Q345B钢带的晶粒要细小,带状组织级别也小,CSP带钢边部和中部的组织及性能基本无差异。统计分析了工业生产条件下大量的力学性能数据,结果表明,CSP钢带的屈服强度较高,抗拉强度较低,屈强比和伸长率较大。 The microstructural characteristics of Q345B strip produced by CSP and conventional process is analyzed by optical and quantitative metallography method. The microstructural characteristics include strip texture, ferrite grain size and percentage of ferrite area. For Q345B strip produced by CSP, research results showed that both the ferrite grain size and strip texture class were smaller. In addition, the microstructure and properties of the strip in the core area are similar with that in the edge area. A great deal of mechanical property data obtained from the strip industrial test is analyzed by statistic method. The results show that the strip has higher yield strength (YS) and prolongation and lower tension strength.
