摘要
文章从格式条款概念的辨析入手,明确了格式条款与格式合同之间的关系,并进一步探讨了格式条款的价值和局限,论述了我国格式条款法律规制的现状及其完善。
This article, after analyzing the concept of unfair contract terms, has made clear the relation of unfair contract terms and unfair contracts, discussed the value and limitations of unfair contract terms and explained the current situation and improvement of its legal system.
