沉降监测在保障南水北调工程安全方面的作用

Affects of Ground Settlement Monitoring on Safety Guarantee for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project

南水北调工程是解决我国整个华北地区严重缺水的非常有效的输水工程,受到水利部及国家相关部门的高度重视。为了保障输水线路的顺利实施和安全畅通及今后线路的运营管理,在线路的施工期,对华北地区,特别是津京地区的地面沉降进行必要的认真研究并提出有效的防范措施是十分必要的。笔者就这些现状提出了自己的看法和解决措施。

The South-to-North Water Diversion Project is a water diversion project quite effective in solving the severe water shortage problem in the whole North-China area,on which both the Ministry of Water Resources and other related governmental authorities have paid high attention.To guarantee the smooth implementation and the safety and straightforward as well as the future satisfactory operation and management of the water diversion route,it is quite necessary to sincerely study the ground settlement in North-China,especially in the Beijing and Tianjin regions during the construction stage,and meanwhile to advice the effective settlement prevention measures.Based on these conditions,the author proposed his own opinion as well as the remedial measures to be taken in solving such a problem.
