摘要
从经EMS诱变并已多代自交的玉米诱变群体中选取6个材料(1个对照),以西南大学玉米研究所广泛应用的3个自交系为测验种,系统测定了各材料在植株性状、穗粒性状和单株产量上的一般配合力和特殊配合力。分析结果表明,EMS处理使5个突变系在各个性状的配合力上均表现出与对照有明显差异;突变系2和突变系4的表现尤为明显,在多个性状上都集中了较多的负效应,尤其是单株产量比对照明显降低。配合力分析表明,化学诱变处理在改造玉米自交系单株产量的配合力上难度较大。
6 materials (including 5 mutants and CK) were chosen from the mutant population, induced by ethyl methane sulfonate (EMS) to analyze the combining ability through 3 test lines of 48-2, 3H-2 and 409. General com- bining ability (GCA) and special combining ability (SCA) of plant traits, ear-kernel traits and yield were determined systematically. The results showed that comparing to the CK, significant difference existed in GCA and SCA of all traits among 5 mutants by the treating of EMS, and more negative effect were gathered by mutant 2 and mutant 4 especially in yield. Systematic analysis of combining ability indicated that it was hard to improve the yield combining ability of maize inbred lines by the treating of chemical mutagenesis.
