摘要
通过盆栽试验,以7个玉米杂交种(农单5号、沈单10、农大108、沈单16、郑单958、登海9号、鲁单981)为试验材料,研究了玉米抽雄期轻度干旱对玉米产量、叶片相对电导率、气孔阻力、蒸腾速率、脯氨酸含量和散粉至吐丝间隔天数等的影响。分析表明,轻度干旱胁迫下玉米各杂交种抗旱系数与叶片脯氨酸含量、气孔阻力、蒸腾速率呈正相关,与叶片相对电导率、玉米散粉至吐丝间隔天数呈显著负相关,上述指标和抗旱系数的相关性都达到显著水平。鉴定玉米抽雄期抗旱性应以抗旱指数为主,结合其他5项指标进行综合评价。
Pot experiment was carried out with 7 maize hybrids(NongdanS, Shendan10, Nongda108, Shendan16, Zhengdan958, Denghai9, Ludan981) under two levels of water supply treatment(light drought stress and CK) during tasseling stage. In this paper, the drought-resistant coefficient, relative conductivity, stomatal water conservancy, evaporate ratio, proline content, the change of leaf morphology and the time between male and female flowering could all be used as well parameters for light-drought-resistant of tasseling stage identification indexes in maize. There were positive correlations between drought-resistant identification and proline content, stomatal water conservancy evaporate ratio under light drought stress. There were negative correlations between stomatal water conservancy, the time between male and female flowering under light drought stress. And total indexes and Drought-resistant coefficient were both significant. According to these data, the drought resistant coefficient was the main element on deciding the anti-dry of maize in the tasseling stage. At the same time, evaluating the drought resistant coefficient and other five coefficients, that proved multi-mechanism in anti-dry of maize, and that provided according on theory for evaluating.
