摘要
采用荧光分光光度法测定了环境水中微量久效磷的含量。在0.25%的吲哚丙酮溶液与0.25%的过硼酸钠溶液的混合液中,体系温度为5℃时,λ_x/λ_m=420 nm/500 nm。检测限为4.0μg/L,线性范围为0~3.2μg/mL,回收率为98%~104%,结果令人满意。
The determination of monocrotophos content in environmental water by fluorescence spectrophotometry was reported. In the mixing solution of 0.25% indole acetone and 0.25% NaBO_3·4H_2O,the systematic temperature is 5C,λ_x/λ_m=420nm/500nm,the lowest detection limit is 4.0μg/L and the linear range is 0~3.2μg/mL. The recovery is 98%~104%.
