知识服务是以满足读者需求为中心,围绕知识增值与创新的专业化、个性化和综合集成的服务。高校图书馆实施知识服务,必须拥有丰富的知识源、优秀的馆员和先进的技术,才能更好地为教学和科研提供高效、优质的服务。
Information service focuses on satisfying readers' need. It is a service of specialty, individuality and synthesis centering on knowledge appreciation and originality. To provide better and more effective service for teaching and research, college libraries must have a rich source of knowledge, qualified librarians and advanced techniques.
