药刀微创治疗软组织疼痛

Treatment of soft tissue pain with minimnl invasive injectable-knife

目的探讨药刀微创治疗软组织疼痛的临床疗效。方法用痛点检查器、探针查及痛点准确位置并固定,药刀在探针导航下准确刺入痛敏点进行粘连松解,同步注射药物,内含布比卡因、曲安西龙等。结果临床治疗1 000例中,有效944例,有效率94．4％,治愈786例,治愈率78．6％,一次性治愈580例,一次性治愈率58％。结论药刀微创治疗简便、易行、准确、安全为其优点。痛点小、病变局限之软组织疼痛为最佳适应证。

Objective To explore clinical effect of minimal invasive injectable-knife on soft tissue pain. Methods There were 1 000 patients with soft tissue pain in this study. After the pain point was positioned by a needle probe, adhesive tissues were separated by a needle stylet and drugs were injected into the pain point with injectable-knife simultaneously. Results In 1 000 patients effective rate was 94.4% （944 cases） ,cure rate 78.6% （786 cases）and cure rate with one time treatment 58% （580 cases）. Conclusion The method of injectable-knife is easy, safe and effective for soft tissue pain. The best indication is small, local pain of soft tissue.
