间盘源性疼痛的介入治疗进展

The advances of invasive interventional therapy of discogenic pain

椎间盘突出是诱发脊神经源性疼痛的常见原因,对于间盘源性疼痛的治疗主要有保守治疗、微创介入治疗和手术治疗3种方法。微创介入治疗方法是近年发展的新技术,包括经皮激光间盘减压术、射频消融术、间盘电热疗法、髓核成形术、臭氧髓核消融术、化学溶解术等。本文就微创介入治疗方法进行综述。

Intervertebral disk hernia is the common reason to induce neuropathic pain of nerve root. The treatment of discogenic pain is including 3 kinds of methods：conservative treatment,minimal invasive interventional therapy and operation. Minimal invasive interventional therapy is a new technique developmented in recent years ,including percutaneous lazer disc decompression ,radiofrequency ,intradiscal electrothermal therapy ,nucleoplasty, chemodiscolysis with oxygen-ozone, chemodiscolysis and so on. This paper will make a review about the minimal invasive interventional therapy.
