草分枝杆菌膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌复发的临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨草分枝杆菌膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱肿瘤复发的临床疗效。方法:将浅表性膀胱癌术后患者60例随机分为草分枝杆菌灌注疗法组和卡介苗灌注疗法组,各30例。灌注前和灌注后1个月分别采血测定患者自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞),CD4+/CD8+比值,观察其值并比较分析。结果:患者进行草分枝杆菌灌注疗法组NK细胞,CD4+/CD8+比值明显高于卡介苗灌注疗法组。结论:草分枝杆菌膀胱内灌注防治膀胱癌无全身毒副作用,提高患者的免疫功能,可以减少膀胱癌的复发率。 Objective.. To evaluate the immunotherapeutic efficacy of Mycobacterium Phlei against superficial bladder cancer for the prevention of the postoperative recurrence by intravesical instillation. Methods:A total of 60 patients following operation of superficial bladder cancer were equally randomized into two groups:one intravesical instillation group with Mycobacterium Phle,the other group with BCGo The number of natural kill cells(NK cells) and the ratio of CD4^ +/CD8^ + were observed and analyzed in both groups. Results:The number of NK cells and the ratio of CD4^ +/CD8^ + in the intravesical instillation group with Mycobacterium Phlei are much bigger than the group with BCG. Conclusions: The therapy of Mycobacterium Phlei through intravesical infusion was less side effect, improve the immune function and decrease recurrence of superficial bladder cancer.
