肠粘膜能量物质含量与移植小肠活力的关系 被引量:1

Correlation between energy substance tissue concentration and viability of small bowel graft

摘要 本文报告了低温保存小肠能量物质(ATP、ADP、AMP)含量与移植术后移植物活力的关系。猪小肠分别采用4℃乳酸林格液、Eurocollins 液、高渗枸橼酸嘌呤液和武汉器官-1号液保存,供肠分别保存10、18、24小时后行自体节段性移植。低温保存后小肠组织结构不能预测移植小肠活力,而肠粘膜能量物质与移植物活力有关,存活小肠粘膜 ATP 含量为0.67±0.16nmol/g 湿重,非存活小肠0.28±0.11nmol/g 湿重,以肠粘膜 ATP 含量4.0nmol/g 湿重判断可否移植,敏感性和特异性分别是为91.1%、73.3%。 The correlation between small bowel concentration of energy substances (ATP, ADP,AMP)at the end of the cold preservation and graft viability after transplantation was inves- tigated.The small bowel of swine donors was preserved with Lactated Ringer solution,Euro- collins solution,hyperosmolar citrate adenine solution and WMO-1 solution at 4℃.Segment of small bowel was autotransplanted after cold storage for 10h,18h and 24h.Tissue structure of small bowel preserved by cold storage couldn't be used for predicting the graft viability,but there was a correlation between intestinal mucosal energy substances and graft viability.Tissue ATP concentration of viable and nonviable graft were 0.67±0.16,0.28±0.11nmol/g wet weight,re- spectively.If ATP level of 4.0 nmol/g wet weight was used as a critical value for judging viability for transplantation,specificity and sensitivity in prediction were 91.1% and 73.3 %,respectively.
