三十烷醇对绳江篱(Gracilaria　Chorda　Holm)的生长与孢子萌发的影响

用三十烷醇的水溶液对绳江蓠藻体和孢子进行浸泡处理，结果表明，适宜浓度的三十烷醇对绳江蓠藻体的生长和孢子的萌发生长均有显著的促进作用。但对孢子的附着有不良影响，使孢子的附着率明显降低。对藻体生长的适宜浓度为１～４ｐｐｍ，对孢子萌发生长的适宜浓度１～８ｐｐｍ。在使用中以１ｐｐｍ为宜。

篧hen the body and the spore of Gracilaria chorda are immersed in triacontanolliquor，the result indicates：When the concentration is suitable，triacontanol can striking-ly promote the growth of Gracilaria chorda and the sprout of spore, However，it has aharmful influence on the spore adhesion and thus reduces the spore adhesion rate great-ly. The concentration，1～4ppm，is suitable for the growth of Gracilaria chorda，and1～8ppm is suitable for the sprout of spore，however，1ppm would be better in applica－ion.
