稚鳖“小白点病”病原的研究

A Study of the Pathogeny of Young Turtles'Disease of“Little White Spots”

本文是针对福建省厦门郊区某鳖养殖场中稚鳖暴发的“小白点病”，病原进行了分离、培养、人工感染、菌种鉴定、药敏试验等试验研究，确认引起稚鳖“小白点病”的病原菌为嗜水气单胞菌（Ａｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓｈｙｄｒｏｐｈｉｌａ），药敏试验表明该病的防治宜采用氯霉素、氟呱酸、庆大霉素、丁胺卡那霉素等药物。

築ased on the disease of“little white spots”have been seen on the turtles raisedin some aquatic farms on the outskirts of Xiamen， Fujian，a number of experiments havebeen made to identify that the pathogeny of the disease is Aeromonas hydrophila bymeans of the isolation，cultivation，characterization，artificial infection，and medicine sen-sitivity，etc．and to adopt Chloramphericol, Norploxacin，Gentamycini，Amikacin as theright medicines for the prevention and elimination of the illness.
