细菌整合子及其介导的耐药研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 近年来由于抗菌药物的滥用,病原体对抗菌药物的耐药性日趋严重。在过去20年里,人们对细菌耐药性产生的机制主要集中在基因突变的研究中,认为基因突变的累积是细菌产生耐药性的重要机制。整合子(integron)的概念最初由Stokes和Hall在1989年首次提出,近年来国内外学者通过大量实验证明,整合子是细菌尤其是革兰阴性杆菌多重耐药迅速发生的重要原因,基因盒和整合子系统在耐药基因的捕获和扩散中的重要地位已确立。本研究参考近年来国内外相关文献,就整合子的特性、分类、传播及检测方法介绍如下。
