磷酸化胞嘧啶鸟嘌呤基序的脱氧寡核苷酸对尘螨支气管哮喘小鼠早期防治探讨 被引量:1

摘要 近年发现含磷酸化胞嘧啶鸟嘌呤基序(CpG)的脱氧寡核苷酸(CpGODN)具有免疫调节作用,可增强Th1和抑制Th2细胞反应,在抗原提呈阶段即发挥作用,我们采用尘螨抗原制作小鼠哮喘模型,探讨CpGODN的早期防治作用。
