谷红注射液与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

Effects of therapy of Kingtag combined with mecobalamin tablets on diabetic neurophathy

目的 评价谷红注射液（金特佳）对糖尿病周围神经病变治疗的疗效，探讨其治疗机制。方法 62例糖尿病周围神经病患者分为两组，治疗组：32例，给予谷红注射液注射液20ml溶于生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，同时每天口服甲钴胺片，共4周；对照组：30例，单用口服甲钴胺片，共4周。结果 治疗组麻木、疼痛、感觉减退和腱反射改善率分别为81．3％、66．7％、66．7％和50．6％，明显高于对照组的42．9％、57．1％、60．0%和25．0%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为71．9％与46．7％（P〈0．05）；治疗组神经传导速度改善的有效率与对照组比较，有明显提高（P〈0．05）。结论 谷红注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变治疗有效。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Kingtag combined with mecobalamin tablets in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods Sixty-two patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the control group and the combination treatment group. The treatment group was treated with mecobalamin tablets per os （PO）, and Kingtag （20ml solved in NS 250 ml） intravenous drip once a day for four weeks. The control group was treated with only mecobalamin tablets PO for four weeks. Results The treatment group the feeling numb ,ache, the feeling decrease and lower limb tendon reflex improvement rate （81.6%, 66. 7%,66. 7%,50. 6%） obviously was higher than the comparison group （42. 9% ,57. 1%,60. 0%, 25. 0%）, （P 〈 0. 05）. In the treatment group and the control group, the overall efficacy rates were 71.9% and 46. 7% respectively（P〈0. 05）. The therapeutic effects of treatment group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Nerve conduction velocities were improved in treatment group than in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The combined use of Kingtag and mecobalamin tablets is a effective method in treating DPN.
