摘要
目的探讨一种新型国产液电碎石微电极——声致空化效应微电极治疗胆管结石的临床应用价值。方法采用随机分组,比较国产(TNS-2003TⅡ)及德国(EL27-Compact)液电碎石微电极治疗胆管结石的碎石效果、碎石所用时间及两种电极的性能和价格,并记录其并发症。结果国产与德国微电极在胆管结石取净率(85.2%比87.1%)、好转率(14.8%比12.9%)、取石时间[(0.7±0.2)h比(0.5±0.2)h]等方面差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组均未发生胆道感染、穿孔及大出血等严重并发症。国产与德国微电极的使用寿命分别为5~7例/只和1~2例/只,前者价格为后者的1/5。结论国产微电极在胆管碎石效果和效率方面与德国微电极间的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但呈现更好的性价比。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application potentials of a new type home made electrohydraulic lithotriptic(EHL) microelectrode-sonographic cavitation effects microelectrode in treatment of bile duct stone. Methods Patients with bile duct stones were divided randomly into treatment groups either with home made electrode (TNS-2003T Ⅱ ) or with imported electrode (EL27- compact made, Germany). Efficiency, price and complication were compared between the two groups. Results The stones clearance rate(85.2% vs 87.1 %), improvement rate(14.8% vs 12.9%) and stone removal time[(0.7± 0.2)h vs (0. 5 ± 0. 2)hi were no significant difference between the two types of microelectrode treatment(P 〉 0.05). No severe complications such as infection, preforation or gross bleeding of bile duct occurred in both groups. The useful life of home made electrode and imported electrode was 5-7 cases/piece and 1-2 cases/piece, respectively. However, the price of the former was one fifth of the latter one. Conclusion Both kinds of electrode showed a comparable efficiency in lithotripsy of bile duct. The home made electrode revealed a better benefit effect.
