摘要 患者女性，14岁。因右眼钝伤后眼压升高2个月就诊。2个月前右眼被他人用拳击伤在外院就诊，当时右眼前房少量积血，房水闪光明显，当地工程师给予右眼结膜下注射曲安奈德20mg，
