摘要
目的研究Flash-replenishment技术在不同流速下的数学模型拟合的可行性。方法建立微循环体外模型,通过蠕动泵一透析纤维系统模拟微循环血流。分别测定流速1~30mm/s的灌注曲线形态,并进行数学拟合。结果低流速(〈10mm/s)时灌注曲线呈伽马“s”型曲线形态,高流速(〉10mm/s)时呈典型单指数函数曲线形态。结论对于微循环血流,流速大于10mm/s适用于单指数函数进行拟合。当流速小于10mm/s时需进一步深入研究其他可行性模型。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of mono-exponential function for flashreplenishment perfusion technique. Methods A in-vitro model for microcirculation was build up. The flow velocity was analyzed from 1 mm/s to 30 mm/s by pump-dialysis fiber system. The time-intensity curve was studied for every flow rate. Results The shape of time-intensity for low flow rate(〈1 0mm/s) was Sigma shape, mono-exponential shape for high flow rate (〉 10 ram/s). Conclusions The mono-exponential function is not good function for fit of low flow rate time-intensity curve.
