中枢神经系统髓磷脂抑制信号传导机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 大量研究表明中枢神经损伤后早期轴突再生失败的主要原因是髓磷脂抑制因子的存在。目前在中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)中,已知的抑制因子有勿动蛋白Nogo、髓鞘相关糖蛋白(myelin-associated glycoprotein,MAG)和少突胶质细胞髓鞘糖蛋白(oligodendrocyte-myelin glycoprotein,OMgP)。本文主要就这些因子所介导的中枢神经再生抑制信号的传导机制作一综述,以期为在分子水平阻断轴突再生抑制因素的治疗提供确切的干预靶点。
