摘要
介绍公路工程质量保证体系三个环节中的政府监督。从政府监督的概念、性质入手,阐述了质量监督的实施、公路工程质量监督的职责以及程序,并对现行政府监督制度的不足和改进作了分析和思考,论述了公路工程质量监督的重要性。
The government supervision in the three links of quality guarantee system for highway project is described in this paper. Having started with the concept and characters of government supervision, it also explains the implementing of quality supervision with official duty and procedure for supervising the quality. Furthermore, analysis on deficiency in current system from the government supervision and improvement was conducted with discussion of importance about this supervision.
