摘要 目的评价2005年陕西省传染病疫情报告信息的质量,分析影响报告及时性的主要因素,探讨质量综合评价指标的可行性和合理性。方法通过《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》中的子系统《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》获取2005年陕西省报告的乙类、丙类传染病报告卡(无甲类传染病报告);从系统中导出Excel数据库,运用SPSS12.0软件作数据处理、统计分析。结果截止2005年底陕西省县及以上医疗机构直报率达94.80%、乡镇卫生院直报率达78.82%;报告单位以综合医院为主,占71.65%;全省乙、丙类传染病诊断到报告0.72d,报告到审核0.86h,诊断到审核1.43d;报告的及时性比2004年缩短1.20d;传染病报告卡的未及时审核率为8.22%、未及时报告率为32.16%。结论传染病报告的及时性有了很大提高;医疗机构未及时报告率是影响传染病报告信息质量的主要因素;全省各市传染病信息报告质量参差不齐;目前系统中使用的质量综合评价指标比以前更为科学、可行。 Objective The present study was conducted to evaluate the quality of the report information of infectious diseases in Shanxi Province in 2005, analyze the main factors that influence the timeliness of the report and discuss the feasibility and rationality of the synthetic indexes of quality evaluation. Methods Report cards of class B and C infectious diseases in Shanxi Province in 2005 were obtained from the subsystem -"Information Management System of Disease Surveillance and Report" of "China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention". The Excel database was derived from the system and was treated and statistically analyzed with SPSS12.0 software. Results By the end of 2005, the rate of network direct report from county and above medical institutions was 94.80% and that from country's health centers was 78.82% in Shanxi Province. Report cards were mainly from general hospitals (71.65%). In whole province, the report time was 0.72d for class B and C, from repotting to verification was 0.86h, and from diagnosis to verification was 1.43d. The report time was 1.20d shorter than that in 2004. The rate of report cards which were not verified in time was 8.22%, the rate of untimely report was 32.16%. Conclusion The timeliness of the report of infectious diseases has been significantly improved. The major factor that influences the quality of the reported information was the untimely reporting of medical institutions. The qualities of the report information of infectious diseases of different cities of Shanxi Province were uneven. The current evaluating indexes of network direct report system are more scientific and practical than ever before.
