我国农民收入与住房结构的相关性分析——减少森林资源消耗新思路探索

Analysis of the Relationship between Farmers' Income and the House Structure in China——A discussion on the new thought of reducing forest resources consuming

在阐明收入对消费影响的基础上,对我国农民收入与住房结构之间的关系进行实证分析。结果表明:我国农民收入与住房结构之间存在相关性,其中农民人均纯收入与住房结构中的钢筋混凝土结构比例存在正相关,与砖木结构比例存在负相关。从而得出结论:通过增加农民收入,可降低砖木结构比例,缓解人们对森林资源的破坏,这将有利于林业的可持续发展。

Based on explaining the effect of income on consume, the paper analyses the relationship between farmers＂ income and the house structure in China. The results showed that the farmers＇income and the house structure in China were correlated. The farmers＂ income and the reinforced concrete structure were positively correlated, but the farmers＂ income and the brick and wood structure were negatively correlated. The conclusion was that with the increasing of farmers＂ income the proportion of brick and wood structure house could be decreased. And the destruction of forest resources could be reduced. This is good for the sustainable development of forestry.
