试论南方山地林区森林经营方案编制与实施——以福建省漳平市为例

利用南方山地林区———福建省漳平市的二类调查数据资料,在分析与评价区域森林资源的基础上,明确了区域森林经营的总目标与指导思想,进行了以森林培育设计、森林采伐设计和森林保护设计为核心内容的森林经营方案的设计与编制,并提出了方案的实施对策。

Using the south forest region——Zhangping＇s two kinds of investigation data materials, in the foundation of analyzes and appraises the region forest resources, the article has been cleared about the region forest management total goal and the guiding ideology. It carried on the forest cultivation design, the forest cut design and the forest protection design of forest management plan and establishment as the core content, and proposed the plan implementation countermeasure.
