黄河山东段水环境现状及可持续利用对策

The Environment Actuality and the Sustainable Using Countermeasure of the Yellow River in Shandong Province

黄河山东段上游来水主要集中在7～10月,在年际来水、年内来水变化较大的情况下,目前出现了断流时间长、时间提早、主汛期断流等情况．与此同时,该段黄河水质不断恶化,主要是化学需氧量、氨氮和砷的污染.分析上述现象认为,上游引水增加、水资源浪费严重、水利工程薄弱是产生断流的主要原因;山东段主要的污染源为上游来水污染物,省内主要污染源分布在天然文岩渠和长平滩区．在此基础上,提出山东段黄河水可持续利用的对策.

The yellow river comes to Shandong Province in July and leaves in October. Watery changes of each year and each month induce some no-flow characters. At the same time, the water environmental quality is worse than before. The main infectants are COD, NH3-N and AS. Analyzing the phenomena of the Yellow River, some reasons were found to explain the no-flow and pollution. Considering the sources of pollution, some countermeasures were provided to prove the sustainable use of the Yellow River in Shandong Province.
