摘要
目的:用灰色理论研究尼莫地平缓释片的体外释放过程。方法:以紫外分光光度法测定尼莫地平缓释片的释放度,根据灰色数学模型,预测尼莫地平缓释片的体外释放过程。结果:预测值与实测值的平均绝对误差E为0.4386,平均相对误差为0.64%。尼莫地平缓释片的体外释放度的半衰期为2.269 h,尼莫地平缓释片的累积释放量的预测模型的后验概率P=1>0.95,后验差比C=0.038<0.35,精度等级为一级。结论:灰色数学模型可用于描述尼莫地平缓释片的体外释放度。
Objective: The Grey mathematics model was established that studies the Nimodipiae slow-releases tablet to release the characteristic outside. Methods: The releasing effect was measured by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry. According to grey math's model, predict the Nimodipine slow-releases tablet that releases the process outside. Results: Factual value and predicting value and average and absolute error margin E is 0. 4386, the average and opposite error margin is 0.64%. The half life of slow -releasing degree of Nimodipine was 2. 269 h, Behind check probability of predict model, the Nimodipine slow-releases tablet was P = 1 〉0.95, difference than of behind check was C = 0. 038〈0.35, The accuracy grade is one class. Conclusion: Gray mathematics model can used for the cards that describe the Captopril slow gives releases the slice releases the result outside.
