摘要
目的:比较苦杏仁不同炮制品中苦杏仁苷的含量。方法:采用滴定法对苦杏仁生品、3种不同炮制品进行含量测定。结果:苦杏仁苷含量顺序为生品>火单品>炒品>火单炒品。结论:不同炮制方法均可起到一定程度的杀酶效果,火单法杀酶效果好、苦杏仁苷含量较高。
Objective: To study the effect of processing on the content of Amygdalin in different processed products of Semen Armeniacae Amarum. Methods: The determinations of the chide Semen Armeniaeae Amarum and three kinds different processed products were carried out by titration. Results: There was difference in Amygdalin contents among the different processed products and the crude. Conclusion: Comparing the processing methods , rinsing in boiling water is the best one.
