Determination of Aloin and Aloe Ploysaccharides in Aloe in Kaifeng market

目的:考察开封市场芦荟药材中芦荟苷和芦荟多糖的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱和紫外分光光度法分别测定不同药店芦荟药材中芦荟苷、芦荟多糖的含量。结果:按照《中国药典》2005年版规定,市场上部分芦荟药材中芦荟苷的含量不符合药典标准,芦荟多糖含量也存在差异。结论:市场芦荟药材的质量存在差异,应该加强和统一芦荟药材的质量控制。

Objective： To study the determination of Aloin and Aloe Ploysaccharides in Aloe in Kaifeng market. Methods： Using HPLC and Ultraviolet spectrophotometry to detect the contents of Aloin and Aloe Ploysaccharides in Aloe, which bought from different Drug shops in Kaifeng. Results： According to the Ch. p（2005）, the result show us that in some Aloe the contents of Aloin in the market don not accord with Ch, p standards, there has discrepancy in the contents of Aloe Ploysaccharides. Conclusion： In the market there has quality difference in the Aloe, we should strengthen and unify the quality controlling of Aloe medicinal materials, the methods of determination of Aloin and Aloe Ploysaccharides is simple , sensitive and the results stabilized.
